FAQ

Frequently asked questions

It is a SaaS platform designed for Mexican municipalities to manage citizen reports, public safety, garbage collection, news, municipal service payments and procedures, all from a single platform connected to a citizen app.

Each municipality operates completely independently, with its own users, data, settings and custom subdomain (for example: valledebravo.municipio-mx.com). It can also use its own domain.

The platform uses Traccar, which supports more than 200 GPS protocols and over 2,000 device models. The most common ones for vehicle fleets are Teltonika, Coban and GT06, installed directly in patrol cars and garbage trucks.

The citizen presses the panic button in the app and their location is streamed in real time to the municipality's command center. The system automatically identifies the nearest patrol and notifies security staff via WhatsApp, SMS and email.

Each municipality can configure the payment methods it needs: Stripe, PayPal, OpenPay, bank transfers and more. Receipts are generated automatically.

Yes. The platform uses JWT tokens, mandatory HTTPS, encryption at rest, role-based access control (RBAC) and logical data isolation between municipalities. Panic button location data is automatically deleted 24 hours after the event is resolved.
